Why we built it

Small contractors carry the same evidential burden as large ones. The same RAMS gets demanded at the gate. The same CDM records get asked for after an incident. The same site diary decides who pays for eleven rain days. The difference is there is nobody in the office whose job it is to keep that paperwork.

So it gets kept in a camera roll, a group chat, a paper book in a van, and a spreadsheet. When it matters, it cannot be found. SiteClick exists to make the record keep itself.

What we believe

• If the crew will not use it, it does not work. The worker's half of SiteClick is one screen with a clock-in button and a camera. Anything that needs training gets designed out.
• Records should be a by-product, not a chore. Weather, location, time, labour hours — the app already knows these. Nobody should be typing them in.
• UK rules are not an afterthought. CIS, the domestic reverse charge, CDM 2015, CSCS expiry. Built in, not bolted on.
• Your data is yours. Export it whenever you want, including if you leave.

How we build

We ship changes weekly, mostly from what customers tell us on the phone. If something in SiteClick is getting in your way, tell us — the roadmap is largely other contractors' complaints, in order.
