What is the difference between snagging and a punch list?
They are the same thing. 'Snagging' is the UK term, 'punch list' is the US term — both mean the list of defects and outstanding items recorded before practical completion.
Can subcontractors see only their own snags?
Yes. Assign a snag to a trade or a worker and they see their own list on their phone, not the whole project board.
Can I pin snags to a drawing?
Yes. Upload a floor plan or site drawing and drop pins directly onto it, so location is unambiguous.
