Who we are

SiteClick provides site management software for construction businesses. For the personal data you upload about your own workers and clients, you are the data controller and SiteClick is the processor. For your own account data, SiteClick is the controller.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, company details, billing information.
• Content you create — projects, photos, notes, diary entries, timesheets, documents.
• Location data — captured at the moment a photo is taken or a clock-in event is recorded. There is no continuous background location tracking.
• Technical data — IP address, device type and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we process it

To provide the service under our contract with you, to secure and improve it (legitimate interests), to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and — where you have opted in — to send product updates.

Sharing

We use subprocessors for hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing. We do not sell personal data. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Retention

Account content is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. Billing records are retained for six years to meet UK tax requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Contact hello@notify.siteclick.app. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
