Terms of service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of SiteClick. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling, excluding VAT. Seat changes are prorated. There is no minimum term; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Free trial
New workspaces receive a free trial. At the end of the trial, access to office features is restricted until a plan is selected. Your data is retained during this period.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant SiteClick a licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You can export your data at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use SiteClick unlawfully, upload malicious code, attempt to access other customers' data, or resell the service without written agreement.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or contracts.
8. No professional advice
Templates, checklists and guidance provided by SiteClick — including RAMS templates and tax calculations — are informational. They do not constitute legal, health and safety, or tax advice, and you remain responsible for compliance with your legal obligations.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate on notice. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted 30 days after the end of the final billing period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
