RAMS & health and safety
RAMS, toolbox talks and CDM paperwork in one place
No principal contractor lets a subcontractor through the gate without a RAMS, current insurance and a valid CSCS card. SiteClick keeps all three current and produces the documents in minutes rather than evenings.
RAMS from a UK template library
Start from a trade-specific template — electrical first fix, roofing, groundworks, working at height, hot works, asbestos awareness — and edit the hazards and controls to match the actual job. Your company logo, site address and personnel go on automatically.
Signed on site, recorded against the job
Operatives read and sign the RAMS on a phone before starting. The signature, name and timestamp are stored against the project, so the briefing record exists whether or not the paper copy survived the week.
Toolbox talks and briefings
Run a toolbox talk from the library, capture attendance with signatures, and keep a dated log per project. When an auditor asks for evidence of briefings, you export it rather than reconstruct it.
Cards, insurance and expiry alerts
Store CSCS, CPCS, IPAF, PASMA, public liability and employer's liability against each worker and subcontractor. SiteClick warns you before anything expires instead of on the day you get refused access.

Frequently asked questions
What is a RAMS document?
A RAMS combines a Risk Assessment (what could go wrong, how likely, how severe, and the controls) with a Method Statement (the safe step-by-step sequence of work). UK principal contractors require one before work starts.
Are the RAMS templates CDM 2015 compliant?
The templates follow the structure and content that CDM 2015 and HSE guidance expect. They still need to be edited to reflect the specific hazards of your job — a generic RAMS is not a compliant RAMS.
Can operatives sign the RAMS on their phone?
Yes. Signatures are captured on the device with the signer's name and a timestamp, and stored against the project.
